There will be a Khatam-e-Quran for Isaal-e-Sawaab for the father of Sister Khalida Wasi Khan who passed away in India. It will be at the Cary Masjid 12pm to Zuhr on Saturday Sept 4 2010 Inshallah.

Volunteer in Tenn for Flood Relief |

ICNA Relief is looking for volunteers who can spend a week or so in Tenessee. It is a wonderful opportunity, especially during the summer, for our young brothers and sisters who can earn community service credits while helping flood victims and gaining real life experience. ICNA will provide housing during your stay. The following link has all the details and the application form.
ICNA Relief is the only muslim organization which is working
hand-in-hand with more than 50 other relief organizations, including Red
Cross, Methodists, Luthrans, Southern Beptists and many govt agencies
like DHS, FEMA, USDA and state/county offices.
ICNA Relief strictly follows all guidelines (related to volunteer
safety, security, insurance, training, etc.) set by govt agencies.
