We have received multiple reports informing us that an individual calling with this phone number, +234 808 606 5425, has been impersonating the Islamic Center of Cary. They are claiming that we are hosting a Fundraiser via zoom and will request a verification code to continue. Please note this is a SCAM call.
Please be aware of scammers, and follow these best practices:
– Do not share any personal information if you receive a call from an unknown number.
– Do not click on any links from an unknown sender.
– Block any calls from this specific caller and any other unknown callers that seem suspicious
The Islamic Center of Cary utilizes our website, email, social media, and official WhatsApp chats to announce programs and information. We will never call you from an unknown number requesting personal information.
