Ramadan Mubarak

The Chicago Hilal Committee has determined that Thursday, February 19th, 2026 will be the 1st of Ramadan 1447. There were no reports of the moon being sighted, therefore, Shaban will complete its 30 day cycle.
Ramadan will begin at Maghrib on Wednesday, February 18th and this will be the first night of Taraweeh. The first day of fasting is Thursday, February 19th, insha’Allah!
